Website & Project Terms

These website terms govern general use of UrbanFreshServices.com. A signed proposal, approved proof, order confirmation, invoice, written warranty and any project-specific agreement control the actual work. Website descriptions are planning information, not an automatic promise that every option is available for every project.
Estimates and scope
Pricing requires project-specific information. A proposal identifies included components, surfaces, materials, quantities, trade work, delivery, installation and exclusions. Work not listed is not included merely because it is commonly associated with a service. Requested changes and newly discovered conditions may affect price and schedule and require written approval.
Custom work and approvals
Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements, spelling, artwork, layout, colors, models and other approval information. Custom-cut or custom-manufactured work becomes nonrefundable after payment and production begin, except for an approved manufacturing-error or written-warranty remedy. Customer-supplied measurement, spelling or artwork errors are not manufacturing defects.
Color and material appearance
Sherwin-Williams color references are preferred when applicable, but screen display, substrate, sheen, lighting and surrounding finishes can affect appearance. Natural and manufactured materials may vary. The approved written selection and reasonable industry variation control rather than a phone-screen image.
Schedule
Production and project dates depend on complete approvals, payment, material availability, workload, site readiness, weather, trade sequence and changes. Working targets shown on a service page are not a guaranteed delivery date unless the written agreement states one.
Shipping
Urban Fresh uses UPS for shipped orders and does not use USPS. The least-cost suitable UPS service is normally selected unless the customer requests another available UPS service. Exact shipping is based on the complete packed order. Damage claims require prompt notice, photographs and retention of the item and packaging.
Limited warranties
Eligible local kitchen finish work and eligible finished HDU sign work may carry a five-year limited warranty for the original customer. The separate written warranty controls coverage, exclusions, claim documentation and remedy. Third-party hinges, drawer slides, hardware, appliances, fixtures and other components are not manufactured by Urban Fresh and remain subject to their manufacturers.
Sign installation, permitting and site work
Manufacturing a sign does not automatically include posts, foundations, masonry, structural engineering, permits, electrical work, lifts, wall repair or installation. Those items are included only when written in the proposal. Customers are responsible for site rights and approvals unless the agreement assigns them elsewhere.
Mold and moisture information
Website mold content is building-service information, not medical advice or laboratory identification. Appearance does not reliably identify species. No promise is made that mold can never recur. Moisture management and ongoing maintenance remain important.
Website content and intellectual property
Urban Fresh owns or is authorized to use its branding, original website copy, project images and design assets. You may not copy the site, scrape project images for another contractor, remove source attribution or represent Urban Fresh work as your own.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, website use is at your own risk. Nothing on this page waives rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited. Georgia law governs these website terms, subject to applicable consumer law and the terms of the signed project agreement.
