Urban Fresh Services LLC collects information that you choose to submit through this website, including your name, phone number, email address, project city or ZIP code, service selection, project description and optional files. We use that information to review and respond to the requested project, prepare estimates, maintain project records and protect the website from misuse.
Form processing
Estimate-request forms are processed by Formspree. The information and files you submit are sent through that service so Urban Fresh Services can review and respond to your project. Do not upload Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records or anything unnecessary for a home, sign, fabrication or property-service inquiry.
Calls, email and customer records
When you call or email, Urban Fresh may retain the contact and project information needed to continue the conversation, prepare a proposal, complete work, provide warranty service or meet legitimate recordkeeping obligations. We do not promise a fixed retention period for every type of project record.
Website logs and analytics
The hosting provider may collect ordinary server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access. At this time, this website does not use advertising pixels or a third-party analytics script. If that changes, this policy will be updated.
Google profile
The website links to the public Urban Fresh Services Google profile. Following that link sends you to Google, which handles information under Google’s own policies. The website does not publish an owner home address or change the profile’s service-area settings.
Sharing and sale of information
Urban Fresh does not sell form submissions as a data product. Information may be shared with service providers that operate the form, hosting, email, scheduling, quoting, payment or project systems, and with qualified subcontractors or trade partners when needed for a requested project. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Your choices
You may ask Urban Fresh Services to correct or delete information that is not required for an active project, warranty record, legal obligation or legitimate business need. Send requests to shannon@urbanfreshservices.com.
Security and children
No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure. This website is intended for adults requesting business or property services and is not directed to children.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated when website tools or business practices change. The effective date will be revised on this page.
